On completion of each module or training programme (and achieving the required pass mark(s)), you will be able to download a pdf certificate or request a hard copy. Please note that postage and handling fees apply.
- If you require a hard copy of the certificate(s), please contact our Support Team to make a request.
- Please note that an additional fee of £8.95 applies for postage and handling in the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).
- The certificate will be dispatched to you within 3-5 working days of making a request (and payment for postage and handling).
- International postage and handling will be quoted on a case by case basis.

- Pass marks and coursework will be specified in descriptions of individual courses.
- For the majority of CPD courses, learners will be able to download, save or print their certificates.
