Some sectors specify how often training must be undertaken and the validity of certificates (e.g. health and social care and first aid). Certificate renewal dates may also depend on the employer's policies and statutory requirements.
- The majority of our CPD certificates do not have an expiry date.
- Where a renewal date is required, e.g. some statutory and mandatory training courses, the dates for renewal will be specified in the course overview and on the certificate.
- Where a 'recommended' date of renewal is required, it will be specified on your certificate.
Health and social care sectors
- Agency and locum workers in health and social care are required to complete their statutory and mandatory training courses annually.
- All our health and social care certificates will specify renewal dates (e.g., annually, bi-annually or every three years).
