The Office for Standards in Education, Children's Services and Skills is a non-ministerial department of the UK government. Ofsted is responsible for inspecting a range of educational institutions, including state-owned and some independent schools.
- The learning outcomes of all Safeguarding Children courses are the same for all English regions, including Cambridgeshire.
- All our safeguarding courses are developed following the Intercollegiate Document (2019) and the UK Core Skills Training Framework (CSTF).
- However, it needs to be emphasised that dependent upon role/speciality, there may be additional learning needs which will need to be addressed. While some of these needs can be addressed through training, some will be achieved through clinical experience and supervision.
