Each online module or training programme has an assessment(s) and certification at the end of the course. On successful completion, learners can download, save or print a CPD certificate (pdf version).
- Yes, you need to obtain the pass mark of 80% or more to get a CPD certificate.
- For the majority of CPD training courses, learners will be able to download, save or print their CPD certificates (pdf version).
Do you require a hard copy of the certificate?
If you need a hard copy of the CPD certificate(s), please contact our Support Team to make a request. Please note that an additional fee of £8.95 applies for postage and handling in the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).
The hard copy certificate will be despatched in 3-5 working days after receiving the request and payment for postage and handling.
International postage and handling will be quoted on a case by case basis.
