      Is there a hard copy of the certificate?

      On completion of each online module or training programme (and achieving the required pass mark(s)), you will be able to download a CPD certificate (pdf) or request a hard copy (postage and handling fees apply).

      • If you require a hard copy of your certificate, this will cost £8.95 (for handling postage to addresses in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland).
      • International handling and postage will be quoted on a case by case basis.
      • The certificate will be dispatched to you within 3-5 working days of us receiving your request and payment for postage and handling.
