On completion of each online module or training programme (and achieving the required pass mark(s)), you will be able to download a CPD certificate (pdf) or request a hard copy (postage and handling fees apply).
- Each module or training programme has an assessment(s) and certification.
- Pass marks and coursework will be specified in the descriptions of individual courses (check the course overview section).
- For the majority of CPD courses, learners will be able to download, save or print their certificates.
Do you require a hard copy of the certificate?
If you require a hard copy of the certificate(s), please contact our Support Team to make a request. Please note that an additional fee of £8.95 applies for postage and handling in the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).
The hard copy certificate will be despatched in 3-5 working days after receiving the request and payment for postage and handling.
International postage and handling will be quoted on a case by case basis.
