Is it possible to re-take the Care Certificate exam (end of course assessment) if I fail?
When you get assigned to the Care Certificate training courses, you will have 365 days of unlimited access to the training materials and the end of course assessment for no extra charge.
You can retake the Care Certificate end of course assessments as many times as required with no extra charges.
