Login details (username and password), are required to start your online course(s). Login details are sent to the learner or administrator via email within a few minutes of purchasing the course(s).
If the email is not in your junk/bulk/deleted folders, please send us your 'Order Confirmation' email, which shows your full name, order number and course(s) you have bought.
Our Support Team will then check your order details and resend them to you.
Also, if you have provided a mobile phone number, we will send a text message with a link to start the course(s), as well as your login details.
