- For individual course orders, the course materials expire after 365 days from the day of purchase.
- You can start your course at any time suitable for you (within 365 days of purchasing the course).
- From the day you purchase the course, you have access to the learning materials and assessments for 365 days.
Course licences for organisations
- In the case of organisations that order multiple licences for future use, the countdown will start when learners are allocated to the training course(s).
- If you require an extension for your organisation, please discuss your requirements with your Account Manager.
