How can I do the Counter Fraud in the NHS course and obtain a certificate?

To purchase the course(s), add the course(s) to the basket and follow payment instructions. There will be clear instructions for how to buy for yourself or others. Once you have completed the course, you will obtain a certificate.

  • To enrol onto the Counter Fraud in the NHS course through, please add the course to your basket.
  • From there, you will be redirected to our secure checkout page to complete your booking and make payment using a credit/debit card.
  • Once your payment has been confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation email with a receipt and another with further instructions and your unique login details to access your learner account.

How do I get a certificate?

  • Each module or training programme has an assessment(s) and certification.
  • Pass marks and coursework will be specified in descriptions of individual courses.
  • For the majority of CPD courses, learners will be able to download, save or print their certificates.

Do you need a hard copy of the certificate?

If you require a hard copy of the certificate(s), please contact our Support Team to make a request. Please note that an additional fee of £8.95 applies for postage and handling in the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).

The hard copy certificate will be despatched in 3-5 working days after receiving the request and payment for postage and handling.

International postage and handling will be quoted on a case by case basis.
