Will I get a hard copy instead of a soft copy of the certificate once I complete the course?

After completing the end of course assessment with a passing mark of 80% or more, you will be able to download, save and/or print a quality assured CPD certificate in pdf format.

Please note that we are not providing hard copies at the moment, only PDF soft copies which you can download upon obtaining a passing mark of 80% and above.
