Our system automatically sends an email with login details immediately after purchase. Some email servers (e.g. google and yahoo) may automatically divert emails to the junk/spam mail folders.
Login details (username and password) are required to start your online course(s). The link to start the course and login details are sent to the learner or administrator via email within a few minutes of purchasing the course(s).
If you have provided a mobile phone number, you will also receive a text message with a link to start the course(s), as well as your login details.
Please note that if you already have an account on our system and buy another course, we will not create another learner account. The course(s) will be added to your existing learner account.
