On completion of each online module or training programme (and achieving the required pass mark(s), you will obtain, and be able to download a CPD certificate (pdf)
After completing the end of course assessment with a passing mark of 80% or more, you will be able to download, save and/or print a quality assured CPD certificate (in pdf format).
To download your certificate(s), please go to your ‘My Learner Profile’ page.
From there, you will see ‘My certificates’ (in green).
There are two ways this can be done:
- Click the ‘My Certificates’ link on your learner portal to download all certificates to your device in a zip file.
- Click the ‘Course Progress Overview’ tab to download a copy of a certificate for each specific course.
Once the certificate(s) is downloaded to your device as a PDF file, you can either print it or send it over to the necessary personnel.
