I have purchased the course and verified the account, but I cannot see instructions to start it. How do I start the course?
Login details (username and password) are required to start your online course(s). Login details are sent to the learner or administrator via email within a few minutes of purchasing the course(s).
Please check your email inbox. You should see an email with your username and password. Some email servers, including Google and Yahoo, may automatically divert such emails to the Junk/Spam mail folders.
If you did not receive the email, please send us your 'Order Confirmation' email, which shows your full name, order number and the course(s) you have bought. Our Support Team will then check your order details and resend the login details to you.
NB: If you have an existing account on our system and you buy another course, we will not create another learner account. The course(s) will be added to your existing learner account.
