I have purchased an online course and have not received details to start, can you resend me the login?

Your login details (username and password) are required to access online course(s). Login details are sent to the learner or administrator via email within a few minutes of purchasing the course(s).

Our system automatically sends an email with login details immediately after purchase. Some email servers, including Google and Yahoo, may automatically divert emails to the Junk/Spam mail folders.

NB: If you have an existing account on our system and you buy another course, we will not create another learner account. The course(s) will be added to your existing learner account.
