Login details (username and password) are required to start your online course(s). Login details are sent to the learner or administrator via email within a few minutes from purchasing the course(s).
- Please check your email inbox. You should see an email with your username and password.
- If you do not find these details in your inbox, please check your junk/spam/bulk email folder. Some email providers automatically send the email with your login details to the junk/spam/bulk email folder.
- If you have provided a mobile phone number, you will also receive a text message with a link to start the course(s), as well as your login details.
If the email is not in your junk/spam/bulk folder, please send us your 'Order Confirmation' email, which shows your full name, order number and course(s) you have bought. Our Support Team will then check your login details and resend them to you.
