How do I purchase healthcare assistant courses for my staff?

If you are booking the course for another person, you must state their full name(s) and email address(es) in the notes section of the ‘basket’ area.

To enrol on an e-learning course through our website, please add the selected course(s) to the basket. From there, you will be redirected to the secure checkout page, where you can pay using a credit/debit card.

Ensure that you state full details, i.e. full name(s) and email address(es) of the intended learner(s), in the ‘notes section of the ‘basket’ area. Once we get the learner’s details, our system will allocate the course(s) to the correct individual(s). 

Booking confirmation

Once your payment has been confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation email with a receipt immediately after your purchase.

You will receive an email with further instructions and your login credentials to access your learner(s') account (you can start your course within 3 to 5 minutes of booking).

You may also request a secure payment link or invoice from our Customer Support Team if need be.
