How do I change the name on the certificate?
When purchasing online courses, buyers should always state the intended student's name and email address in our system's allocated space.
Unfortunately, for quality assurance and audit purposes, we are not able to change the name(s) to an existing account or certificate.
As a goodwill gesture, we can make a new account(s) for the correct learner(s). We will un-assign the course(s) from the current account and move it over to the intended learner account.
Regrettably, the learner(s) will have to complete the end of course assessment(s) again to gain a certificate(s) in their name. Please ensure you state the full learner name and email address in the checkout area for future purchases on behalf of others.
