How do I change my husband's name on my certificate?

When purchasing these online courses, buyers should always state the name(s) and email address of the intended learner(s) in the allocated space.

For quality assurance and audit purposes, unfortunately, we cannot change the name(s) of an existing account or certificate. But as a goodwill gesture, we can make a new account(s) for the correct learner(s). We will un-assign the course(s) from the current account and move it over to the intended learner account.

The learner(s) will regrettably need to complete the end of course assessment(s) again on the correct account to gain a certificate(s) in their name. Please ensure you state the full intended learner’s name and email address in the checkout area for any future purchases on behalf of other individuals.
